Guest Speaking

Sharing insights on game development, creative careers, and industry experience with students and aspiring developers.

On occasion, I’ve been invited to speak with students and aspiring developers about the world of game development and technology. In these talks, I offer practical advice on where and how to get started, recommend useful tools, and explore the wide range of career paths that can emerge from learning game development, many of which involve highly transferable skills.

I’ve delivered these talks while representing the volunteer teams I’ve contributed to, including Team Cerberus and Thunder Blossom Games, as well as sharing my own journey as a solo developer under Self-Made Games.

I genuinely enjoy opportunities to speak with others about the industry. Public speaking is a skill I really value and aim to continue developing, especially when it helps inspire the next generation of creators.

Hobbies & Interests

These are my hobbies and interests, offering a glimpse into who I am beyond my professional work.

In addition to developing games, I have a passion for scriptwriting. While game development occupies most of my time, I find that scriptwriting enhances my world-building skills, helping me design compelling in-game narratives and characters. These scripts often serve as a foundation for building original IPs from the ground up. I enjoy creating music videos by reassembling existing cutscenes from games or television over carefully chosen music tracks. I make sure to credit the original creators and adhere to 'fair use' guidelines. This hobby has honed my proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Audition CC, and, more recently, DaVinci Resolve. lore that interest while learning something new.
